GETTING IT IN!!!!!
Hi guys,
So yesterday I did the almost impossible. With less than 500
calories inside my bory (Cambridge diet).
I had only had 1 shake all day before I hit the gym, and I drank
a second one just before I got on the machine. By the time I was done, It felt
like someone had beaten me up with a stick but on the inside it was all joy
and rainbows.
About a year ago, I used to hit the gym on a regular basis
for about a 1 and a half hrs each day and in 4months I had lost 20kg with right
eating and exercise.
Today I was back to where it all began it felt great though I
was a lazy ass. I was stopping the machine
to catch my breath and I think I was just in for like 45mins but as I walked
out of the GYM, I knew I had woken something up in me my fighting spirit is on a hundred percent.
The feedback I got yesterday from my 25 things post was
hilarious. My cousin read them out to me and only then did I realize how funny
some of the things I wrote sounded. She asked me so this is what you have being
going through? LOL yes my sister that is what I have being going through. To cross
leg na like war. When I start to cross those things off my list I will let y’all
know definitely.
I really don’t have much to write now to be honest. I am
just so so grateful to everybody who is reading this blog, you all keep me going.
It is a constant struggle but because of you I am fighting. You make me
accountable and yesterday when I wanted to set that treadmill ablaze because my
thighs where burning I remembered you all. So thank you all from the bottom of
my heart.

heart.
BTW, I have gotten my 5k mile run app so I will begin today
and let u guys know how I did. Peep me me
